Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter notice must include:
- Your name, address, and email address
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its location prior to removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location, or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of the courts where we are located
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
